We’re Bones, so yes, we prepare just about anything with bones in it – and a lot without, too. Steaks and ribs? Check. Fish and fowl? That too. Pastas and parmas and porcinis? Definitely. Artisinal breads and great coffee? They’re fresh to grab-and-go every morning.
Here, everything we serve is carefully crafted, no matter how small or simple. We’re a little picky – okay, we’re a lot picky – about quality, and that will never change. No corner-cutting is allowed in our kitchen, especially when it comes to ingredients. It’s the finest of the herd, and the best of the bunch, or nothing.
